We often don’t realize this, but the reason why we hurt others, with, or without being aware of it, is actually because we’re hurting badly ourselves, and we lash out!
This is so powerful. I understand sometimes that we are only hurting those around us, because we want them to feel how much we are hurting on the inside.
Unfortunately fact, too many try to relieve their pain by dumping it on others. And comes back to the dumper. Sometimes, simple statements are the most effective.
