I never understand the effects of Prozac..
because I never had to take it..
But…
I see it does have its usefulness to someone who requires it to sustain balance…

I was put off prozac for a while, trust me. it is more effective than we realise.

For those of us who have had to rely on antidepressants at some point in our lives, but have come out of those periods, we are grateful the medicines exist. We are also grateful for therapists, good friends, supportive family members and all the other places we can get support. You are a powerful woman, and so am I. Never let anyone make us think otherwise.
